Protective Seals and Shields

Flexo-Graphics converts high-quality sealing material per customer specifications.  These die cut components for sealing and protecting are needed in many applications including protecting and cushioning sensitive areas.  Manufactured for thickness and absorbency appropriate to your products.

We offer custom insulating materials with a zoned or full adhesive.  The range of precision pressed insulation products provides solutions for manufacturers of power supplies, computer components, telecommunications equipment, controls, and durable goods.

Lens Protection

Custom and non-residue adhesive solutions insure your displays get delivered without damage to the lens.  We offer protective films, plastics, and other substrates.  Polyesters are supplied with special removable adhesives for protection of LCDs and other soft surface components.

Gaskets & Spacers

Flexo-Graphics uses a variety of materials to produce gaskets and spacers.  Gaskets can be produced with or without an adhesive applied to any surface on the material.  Applications include:

Adhesive and Non-Adhesive Pads

Pads are soft "buffers" used to support, fill spaces, or prevent damage from accidental impacts.  Pads can also be applied to insulate sound within specified areas in audio/visual equipment, telecommunications equipment, and computer related products.  Custom pads fill gaps and prevent breakage.
