Flexo-Graphics provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits to keep you and your family healthy. The company pays approximately 70% of the cost in the Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans. 

Disability Plans
The company offers short-term disability coverage. Flexo-Graphics pays 70% of the cost of your short term disability plan.

Life Insurance & AD&D
Flexo-Graphics pays 70% of the cost of a group life insurance plan for employees.

401 (K) Plan
Employees may invest through payroll deductions to defer taxes and supplement retirement income.  Flexo-Graphics provides "Employer Matching Funds" equaling 25% of the first 6% contributed by the employee.
